Summary: Yes, and for staff when it’s check out day please have the workers not knock on doors as guests are still sleeping and check out time is at noon. The worker knocked on our door 3 times. Breakfast was awesome, parking was good too

Summary: Front desk was helpful upon check in. We were directed to our room on the backside of the property. Upon arrival to the door, the key card did not work. We returned to the front desk where a different agent "reset the cards" We entered the room through the hallway and then discovered the outside door scanner was not working at all. The room was "damp" the carpet was very damp and wet when you stepped on it and the whole room had musty smell. Upon checkout I did let the clerk know about the 2 issues and all he did was repeat what I said and replied with "ok". No apology or assurances this is not common for this site? It almost seemed like I was bothering him by taking him away from what he was doing on the computer, he barely looked up at me to interact.

Summary: Temperature consistency was good.and not noisy. Traffic noise started very early in morning. Staff were very kind and helpful Older facility but important things had been renovated nicely Pool looked great too

Summary: The room was clean, the pool warm and the slide kept the kids entertained for hours. My children really enjoyed this hotel stay over others in other properties. Complementary breakfast was fresh in the restaurant. Staff members were helpful and pleasant. We will be back.

Summary: Was told upon check in hot tub was not working. Staff at the front desk said they had contacted expedia to let them know, we didnt receive any notifications prior to us checking. Looking back through the reviews, it looks like the hot tub hasnt been working since november, and no updates posted other than a sign at the front desk. I wouldn't have booked here if i had known prior. Room was clean with a nice deep bathtub. Bed and pillows were awful, one of the worst sleeps ive had in awhile. After seeing several reviews all compaining about the hot tub being, i felt as though the company was being sneaky by advertising a hot tub, but not actually completing the repairs needed. Wont be staying with this company ever again.

Summary: Breakfast was great. Hot tub was not working. Our keys didn’t work to get into our room which was extremely frustrating as the front desk was a truck to get to. But it did the trick for our night stay.
